AMLI Littleton Village

The 352 unit mixed-use building of AMLI Littleton Village will include parking, residential, and retail space. Our scope included foundations, structural slab on grade, precast topping slab, structural deck, and columns. In order to deal with expansive soils found on site, Lithko placed the slab on grade on void forms, allowing for movement in the soil.

The large building sits on a small site and required close coordination with other trades for laydown space and scheduling purposes. Lithko utilized a strong structural team to ensure the safety of all on site. The project changed frequently, causing Lithko to revisit our initial plan on a weekly basis to ensure the next steps were always clear. The team has worked hand in hand with the customer to not only build the schedule but also assist in coordinating work with fellow trades on the project to keep the job moving forward.  The entire project team has acted as a partner with the customer and have been willing to step up and even outside of the traditional concrete scope of work to help the customer maintain schedule.  This team approach has kept the schedule advancing and helped drive everyone on the project to succeed.
