There is a limited amount of space on this jobsite that requires intentional coordination between all trades. The project’s unique 50’ tilt panel design means close review and execution to include tight layout and multiple rigging changes.

The timeline for this project has an accelerated schedule and tight deadlines for building-to-building turnover in order to provide seamless manpower transitions and production. Our team has encountered unusual weather swings that presented additional challenges to concrete placement and tilt panel activities.

These two buildings are designated for infrastructure to support the Port of Charleston and provide consistent storage and distribution for the surrounding area.
