Greenville Technical College
To support the needs of the local economy, Greenville Technical College and Clemson University are collaborating on the Center for Manufacturing Innovation (CMI) in Greenville, South Carolina. The facility is located adjacent to the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR), a campus designed to be the world’s premier automotive research, innovation and educational enterprise. The new CMI facility is intended to support the manufacturing sector in Greenville and the neighboring city of Spartanburg. With BMW just a few miles down the road and Volvo coming to Charleston, the area has a growing demand for skilled manufacturing employees.
A radius site retaining wall is a key architectural feature on this project. Our scope of work includes foundations, walls, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck and sitework.
