The Hilton Garden Inn / Homewood Suites is the first hotel to be built in the Charlotte SouthPark area since the Hampton Inn in 1998. The coupled hotel will have a total of 270 rooms and will be in close proximity to SouthPark shopping, restaurants, and businesses.
Winter weather and 20,000 square feet of high shoring created some challenges for the Charlotte team. We used our up front and daily planning processes to overcome these intricacies and have maintained 3 weeks ahead of the schedule on the 8-story cast in place hotel.
