INNO-PAK, LLC, a local manufacturer and distributer of packaging products, leased 53% of Duke Realty’s Intermodal North Building 3 in the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park. Lithko’s scope included foundations, slabs, Fmin 60 slabs, and paving on the entire 482,000 square foot warehouse.
To support a racking system, the design called for superflat floors in 50% of the warehouse, which required a tolerance of Fmin 60, poured in strips. With winter approaching, it was a race to get the floors complete before the temperatures dropped. To ensure we met our customer expectations, we worked with the lift manufacturer to validate the floors were installed to accommodate all future aisle traffic.
