At the Personal Care, Health and Beauty Park in New Albany, Ohio, all the links of the supply chain are within shouting distance of final assembly for light-manufacturing companies such as nearby L Brands (formerly known as Limited Brands).

For this project, Lithko poured 45,000 square feet of mezzanine, 240,000 square feet of superflat floor (Fmin80) and 260,000 square feet of FF50/FL30 with dowel baskets. With an aggressive schedule, winter conditions were a major challenge. Working with Mast Global, we provided all the temporary enclosures and heating, which was critical for the superflat floors.
