Main and Clay

Main and Clay is a 262-unit apartment building located in the historic Butchertown. The apartments will sit on 59,132 square feet of ground level retail and a 3-story parking facility. Lithko was awarded the total concrete package including 25 feet tall one-sided walls, 2 levels of underground parking decks, 1 level above ground parking deck, 1 podium/transfer level deck, three 4-story stair cores, and four stair cores. Meva Imperial formwork system was used for the stairs and the elevator cores. MevaLite multipurpose formwork system was selected for the columns.

Utilizing our detailed Project Execution Process, our project team provided assistance in scheduling and coordinating with other subcontractors on the site. Due to the limited laydown space in the downtown area, we ensured precise planning and coordination of material deliveries on a daily basis.

The project is estimated to be completed in the spring of 2017.
