Muskingum University Health & Wellness Complex

Muskingum University is expanding its facilities with the construction of a new health and wellness complex, which will support athletics and recreation programs. Our Columbus BURG’s scope is comprised of self-perform cast in place foundations, walls, slab on grade, slab on metal deck, self-perform reinforcing and sitework. The new building is constructed on the side of a hill and adjacent to an existing football field with a track. This creates logistical challenges with accessing the multiple levels of the jobsite. Lithko’s scope is scheduled to be complete in the Spring of 2021.
