Oklahoma City Convention Center Parking Garage

After topping out on the Convention Center, our Oklahoma City BURG began working on the Oklahoma City Convention Center Parking Garage. Our work includes a 6 Level 1,100 car garage with approximately 65,000 square feet per level.  The elevated decks consist of two ramps and sloped beams on the south side of the building. There are four shear walls on the ramps, which took very intense planning to meet our client’s expectations while maintaining the schedule requirements.

With our team’s detailed planning and execution, we were able to install 4,500 square feet per day. This resulted in a complete floor in 18 days, including rebar and post tension.   Even with all the weather events that occurred, our team finished one month ahead of the project schedule.
