Pointe at Polaris Parking Garage

Lithko partnered with Elford to complete this four story parking garage on the north side of Columbus, Ohio. This project was challenging due to two other adjacent concurrent projects happening on the same site. The garage sits four inches from a new apartment building to the east and ten feet from a new office building to the west.  The close proximity of the adjacent structures meant frequent and detailed coordination with Elford and the other trades on site.

The original schedule duration for this project was eight months.  Our project team has worked hard to accelerate the schedule. Lithko attributes the shorter duration to detailed phase planning which was revisited and adjusted on a weekly basis.  Due to the tight coordination between project management, as well as frequent communication and input with subcontractors, Lithko was able to complete our scope of the project two months ahead of schedule.
