Project Shine
Spectrum Brands Global Auto Care is opening a large $33 million distribution and manufacturing center at the Dayton International Airport. Pepper Construction selected Lithko to install the foundations, slabs, tilt up panels, and the sitework.
Achieving the aggressive project schedule was paramount to this project’s success. The owner required a hard end date due to a portion of the space needed for equipment. Our team encountered severe weather right at the project kickoff. Using our detailed planning processes allowed us to add additional manpower and resources to meet our client’s schedule needs. We worked closely with TMC Crane to ensure successful timely panel erection and achieve the shortened schedule durations. Our daily planning was critical to the sequence of our slabs and tilt. We worked diligently to ensure there was access available to the other subcontractors.
Our portion of the work was completed successfully in 4 months.
