Lithko partnered with BC Construction Group to install the foundations, slab on grade, tilt panels, paving, and site work for BC Development and Scannell Properties.

Weather and rocky soil created many challenges during the construction of the project. We used the project delays caused by the soil conditions to consult our Lithko tilt experts to create a strong Customer Plan Presentation. To combat the winter conditions, Lithko, with the help of BC Development and Scannell Properties, were able to amass enough concrete blankets to cover 120,000 sf of the slab. Due to this team effort, we were able to place the slab in four pours and meet the original schedule even with the inclement weather.
