The Park at Pulliam Square
Sitting on the site of the former Indianapolis Star, The Park at Pulliam Square will feature 334 apartments, 4,600 square feet of office space, and 7,000 square feet of retail. TWG Construction selected Lithko to install the foundations, post tension deck, slab on grade, and slab on metal deck.
Along with logistical challenges due to the tight down town site, our team has had to adapt to frequent drawing changes and design updates. To ensure accuracy, we have coordinated closely with the architect, engineer, and customer on all changes.
The design of the multi-story building is blended with a structural steel and concrete frame. Our teams utilized our daily preparation process to ensure correct installation of the anchor bolts and embeds.
Applied aesthetics are part of the architecture of the entire building, rather than just the façade. Due to this design, the drawing contains approximately 90 different gridline locations. This is twice as many gridlines than what is typical in this type of project. During our early planning meetings, our team identified the robotic station as the best layout tool to increase speed and accuracy.
