University City Center, the new retail strip on Olentangy River Road, is a new five – story mixed use development that is replacing the one-story Kroger center. Lithko’s scope on the cast in place structure includes elevated decks, columns, and slab on grade.
Unique constructability aspects will include a five-level garage surrounded by cast in place podiums, an elevated pool, and 30-foot tall columns. Our team is utilizing the Meva Formwork Imperial system.
Once complete, the new development will provide more urban-style housing for the students attending Ohio State University.
