Rob grew up in southern Indiana and received his bachelor’s in management and economics from Earlham College. He then worked with a group that developed a multi-location sporting goods business. After that, Rob spent seven years at Deloitte, where he consulted businesses in manufacturing, distribution, retailing and construction. Toward the end of his Deloitte tenure, Lithko was his key client. In 2002, he joined Lithko’s Leadership Team and soon became President. Rob is married with three children, an Army Veteran and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he ran the Construction Industry Network (CIN) worldwide for three years. He also serves on several boards.
